Trans Canada Trail - The Trans Canada Trail is a non-profit, registered charity organization, whose primary purpose is to raise funds to build a recreational trail that will wind its way through every province and territory in Canada, linking hundreds of communities along its route. The target date for completion of the main trunk of the Trans Canada Trail is the fall of 2005.  John has supported this since its beginning

Algonquin Park - a provincial park in Ontario - John so enjoyed canoeing there.

Independent Order of Odd Fellows - This is the website for the Grand Lodge of Ontario

Camp Canterbury Hills - an Anglican Church Camp outside of Ancaster Ontario where all of us grew up going to summer camp -

Cootes Paradise - This is wildlife sanctuary and marshland owned by the Royal Botanical Gardens and is currently being restored.   John supported this project as he did with any protecting of nature and the environment.
